In partnership with a joint venture investor, Arc Urban Developments acquired two adjoining residential lots with a combined land area of approximately 1300 sqm.

The site was redeveloped into four architecturally designed townhouses comprising:

  • Three 3-bedroom residences
  • One 2-bedroom residence
  • A single shared driveway
  • Private swimming pools to all four homes
  • High-end finishes throughout

The project was delivered from acquisition through to construction and final sales.

Duplex Development

Arc Urban Developments acquired a vacant residential site in Woodgate, Queensland and managed the project from initial acquisition through to construction, subdivision and final sales.

The development comprised of a duplex featuring:

  • 965 sqm corner block consisting of two 3-bedroom residences
  • Two bathrooms and double garage to each dwelling, plus solar, air conditioning, fences and landscaping
  • Separate freehold titles upon completion
  • Contemporary, yet budget finishes designed to appeal to owner-occupiers and investors
